These houses propose a blending between modern elements and those belonging to local traditional architecture. This values the efficiency and simplicity featured by traditional architecture of the south. Compact and rational proportions, plus the relief of its variations: salient, withdrawn facades and extensions, are elements that give sense and shape to the project. The housing is based on a plinth-type wall, which in addition to supporting and giving relevance to the main body, helps create a link between common interior and exterior spaces. There is a second more familiar level which is used as a living room and for sleeping. Using a wooden surrounding has a positive influence on the quality of living of users. Concrete, rock and brick provide greater thermal inertia optimizing the house's energy demand.
